Going to Microsoft Update Catalog, searching "Realtek Sound Driver", sort by "Last Updated", and downloaded the most recent one that was a very similar size 

After updating Win10 to build 1809 Realtek HD audio manager stopped working and tried to Install Realtek HD Audio (UAD) Drivers and restart your computer.
